This web site, which incorporates associated transactions software, underlying technologies and servers ("web site") is owned by STRICTLY FOR FIT SASU, whose Registered adress is : 17 rue Henri Chapron - 92600 Asnières sur Seine, France. This web site is operated under ‘’ Imagine France ’’ brand, a registered trademark owned by Imagine France SAS. Imagine France SAS company will heretofore be referred to as ‘’ IMAGINE FRANCE in the General Terms & Cancellation Policy. By using the web site you accept the following terms and conditions and, in addition, if you make a reservation, the standard terms and conditions of sale of Imagine France will apply. A copy of which is available on request.

Imagine France use of personal information supplied by you when you use this web site is governed by our privacy policy. Imagine France fully respects your rights to privacy and any information provided by or obtained about users of this web site is governed by our privacy policy. In order to provide service to our customers, Imagine France, may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, the booker and / or the passenger’s name, address, phone number and credit card details. By providing this information to Imagine France, you are agreeing to allow us to use this information to complete all services you request from us.

3 - YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

When using this web site you agree : Not to do anything that will or might damage, interfere with, disrupt access to, interrupt or impair the functionality of the material available on the site. To be entirely responsible for and keep confidential any password used by you. You should change your password if you believe it’s no longer confidential. Not to post, distribute or otherwise upload defamatory, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent or otherwise unlawful or objectionable material or information or send any chain letters, junk mail, spam or any other form of bulk communication. Not to threaten, harass, stalk, abuse, disrupt or otherwise violate the rights of others, including individual privacy rights. Not to make any unauthorized, false or fraudulent orders, reservations or request for services. Not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to any private information or to customer account areas on the site. To not cause or permit anything to be done that may infringe, damage or interfere with any intellectual property rights of Imagine France or any of our associated companies or third parties. To not do anything that is otherwise unlawful or which may cause any liability for us. If we consider that you have breached any of these terms and conditions or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct when using the web site we reserve the right to take action, including terminating, suspending or restricting your access to prevent you from using this web site. If your conduct on this web site causes us, or any associated company loss, damage or others costs, you shall be responsible for reimbursing these costs.

Imagine France grants you a non-exclusive license to access and use the content in this web site for your personal purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the content for commercial purposes.

6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Imagine France excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this web site. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose.
6.2 Imagine France shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this web site.
6.3 There may be links to third party web sites from the Imagine France web site; however, these third party web sites are not owned and/or controlled by Imagine France. We are not responsible for any content contained on any such web site or any loss suffered by you in relation to your use of such web sites. You waive any and all claims against Imagine France regarding the inclusion of links to outside third party web sites and your use of these web sites.

7 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Quotation, rates and charges : All prices are in Euro currency and include the applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. All quotations are valid for 30 days. Gratuities are at the customer discretion and shall be given directly to the beneficiary. Journey charges are calculated according to mileage and time, from the moment the car leaves our garage, until it comes back. Charges apply for customer no-shows and late cancellation at the tariff rate based on the service booked. If you cannot locate your chauffeur and you seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting Imagine France to try to resolve the situation, you will be charged the tariff rate based on the service booked. Surcharges may apply on some Bank Holidays. On-site coordinators are available on request and are charged at an hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum charge. In the event that the interior of the vehicle is soiled or damaged by the Customer, a valeting charge will apply. Imagine France reserves the right to review the charges to take in account any movement in the Retail Price Index, currency fluctuations, fuel, legislative changes or any other charges outside of our control.

8 - CANCELLATION POLICY

Imagine France strongly recommends that clients purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurances.

Any cancellation must be proceeded by email, addressed at : contact@imagine-france.fr and be acknowledged by Imagine France.

The following cancellation penalties apply for Individual Travelers (FIT) bookings :

8.1 Programs including accommodation - meals - entrance fees :
• Cancellation received less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of total accepted original quote will be charged.
• Cancellation received less than 15 days before arrival will be fully invoiced, according to accepted original quote.

8.2 Specific services booked distinctly - Airport transfers and Greeters:
Any cancellation received less than 96 hours prior to pick up time, will be subject to the full tariff rate of the service booked.
No-Shows: Charges in full apply for any Customer no-show at the tariff rate at which the service was booked. Customers who cannot locate their assigned chauffeur and seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting Imagine Morocco provided local number to try to resolve the situation, will be charged the full tariff rate for the service booked.
Same terms applicable for Airport Greeters bookings.

8.3 Specific services booked distinctly - Private Tours on French Regions:
Any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled pick up time, will be subject to the full tariff rate charged at the time the service was booked.

8.4 Specific services booked distinctly - Licensed Guides:
Any cancellation made and received less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled visit departure time, will be subject to the tariff rate charged at the time the service was booked.

8.5 Applicable for Museum pass, prepaid entrance tickets, Museums entrance reservations:
Any advance payment made by Imagine France for Museum passes, prepaid entrance tickets, and any such other reservation shall be fully reimbursed to Imagine France in case of cancellation.

8.6 Specific services booked distinctly - minibuses, coaches, boat and helicopter:
Any cancellation made and received less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled pick up time, will be subject to the full tariff rate charged at the time the service was booked.

8.7 Cancellation due to Force Majeure :
In cases that circumstances, such as public demonstration, riot, strike, does not allow to make a scheduled visit, Imagine France involved costs, such as guides services, transportation, reservation and entrance fees shall be paid by the client.

9 - FINANCIAL GUARANTEE

Imagine France is registered with the Organization Atout France under the n° IM092230006.
Imagine France has subscribed a profesional indemnity Insurance with GAN Insurance, Contract 161366163 -307768531804.
