Airport Meet-and-Greet service upon flight arrival

Travelers are met when they exit the plane. Using fast track lanes, they are escorted through passport control and into luggage claim. When this service is linked with a private car transfer, our chauffeur meets travelers at the customs exit gate, takes care of their luggage and escort them to the vehicle.

Airport Meet-and-Greet service upon flight departure

When this service is linked with a private car transfer, the chauffeur and Greeter communicate together to coordinate curbside meeting point. Then, taking care of their luggage, assigned Greeter escorts travelers to flight check-in. Finally, using fast track lanes, our Greeter will escort travelers through passport and luggage check points, until their airline lounge.

Connecting flights

Inter-terminal Airside: Greeter meets passengers as they exit the plane. Through fast track lanes, our Greeter will escort travelers to the gate of their departing flight using internal airport transportation. A private car can be arranged at an additional fee.

Eurostar trains : Arrival or departure Meet-and-Greet

At Gare du Nord rail station, it is a well known fact that luggage can be a real nightmare. Whilst it is almost impossible to get a porter upon arrival, travelers must then carry their luggage all along the train platform. Either for train arrivals or departure, we can arrange a Greeter to fully assist passengers and take care of their luggage.
